Director - Michael Doherty
Michael Doherty has been involved in full time community work since 1987. Since then he has become recognised as one of the leading trainers and facilitators in this field of work. He initiated the first ever Community Relations Action Learning Programmes in the early 90's and has designed Open College Network Programmes on exploring Diversity- Facilitating Community Relations Work; Group Work and Facilitation skills as well as Introduction to Conflict Resolution and Mediation Skills and Advanced Mediation Skills. He is committed to tackling sectarianism at every opportunity and is committed to building a peaceful society that is free of threat and violence.
 

Office Manager / Finance - Shirley Brace
Shirley Brace is from the Waterside and has worked for the Peace & Reconciliation Group since 1990. Shirley has many years experience in administration and the processing of funds. Shirley also has an interest in community development issues and gives a considerable amount of her personal time to encouraging and developing community empowerment. If you call to the office, Shirley will most likely be your first point of contact
 
Training Officer - Owen Donnelly
 As Training Officer, Owen is responsible for: developing and delivering a comprehensive community relations training programme, updating that programme with its Open College Network requirements, assisting in developing and delivering an effective mediation service for the local area, and maintaining and developing relationships with other community relations providers in Northern Ireland and beyond.
Owen has worked in the community sector since 1997, focusing primarily on community development and community relations. Since 1998, he has also been a certified trainer through OCN and has offered various trainings on personal and community development skills. In 2002, Owen received his certification in mediation and has occasionally contributed to mediation training at PRG over the past 10 years.  Most recently, Owen acted as Learning Development Officer for the Irish Peace Centres project with Cooperation Ireland. 
Project Officer - Anna Murray
Anna Murray has been the Project Officer for the Peace & Reconciliation Group since 2007 and is responsible for the development, delivery and promotion of PRG's project programme. Projects span from working with single identity and ex prisoner groups to cross border, cross community programmes with primary schools. Annually over 600 people participate in one of PRG's projects.
Anna has over 10 years of experience of working in community relations, both in Northern Ireland and in Denmark and she holds a BA Hons in Peace and Conflict Studies and an LLM in International Human Rights Law.
 

Office Adminstrator - Teresa Melaugh
Teresa joined the Peace and Reconciliation Group in October 2003 as the part-time office adminstrator. She comes to us from Shantallow and attended St. Bridget's College. After college, she completed a two year office training programme at Shantallow Training Services. She gained valuable experience working in various office jobs before taking time from work to have a family. After having two lovely children, Teresa decided to re-enter the workforce. She assists the staff in various adminstrative tasks and if you call to the office, Teresa will most likely be your first point of contact
 
Volunteer - Peter Morrow
Peter joined the PRG in September 2005. He has been a community worker for the past 30 years and has recently taken up his studies in Irish History and Politics at University of Ulster, Magee Campus. He has been at the forefront of the PRG Interface Monitoring Project for his local area and has extensive experience in working with young males involving them in sports through local schools.He organises local football leagues.
