The aim of this workshop is:

To develop facilitation skills for those who are involved in working with groups.

Course Objectives:

· To help participants understand group process
· How to develop cohesive groups
· Develop facilitation skills
· Manage group process
· Learn how to evaluate a learning group
· Manage conflict in groups
· To help create a healthy working environment

Who for

All community workers and anyone who wishes to enhance their facilitation skills. As this is a new and innovative programme we envisage that there will be a demand for places. Please get your application in as soon as possible as we are limited to 18 places

Unit 1 60 Hours Unit 2 90 hours

This programme has been designed because of the requests by many organisations to develop a training programme that would help those who are working with groups, management committees etc., understand how groups function.
