The Peace and Reconciliation Group wish to appoint a consultant/organisation to support us in the undertaking of an 'end of project' report for the PEACE III funded 'Dealing with the Past, Shaping the Future' project.

Background:
Dealing with the Past, Shaping the Future” is a PEACE III funded project which aims to engage with cross border organisations and individuals in order to develop programmes that deal with the past, create opportunities for dialogue to occur and help pave the way for our divided communities to reconcile their differences.
This has been achieved by the involvement of individuals/organisations in the four key areas of:
Delivered by the Peace and Reconciliation Group in partnership with An Teach Ban, Imeall Tra, Ex-Prisoner Outreach Project and Donegal Youth Service, the project commenced in July 2009 and will be completed in December 2011
Terms of Reference:
The Peace and Reconciliation Group seek to engage a consultant/organisation to support us in the undertaking of an 'end of project' evaluation report on the Dealing With The Past, Shaping the Future (DPSF) Project, in particular the monitoring of the Aids for Peace indicators agreed under Priority 1.2 – Acknowledging and Dealing with the Past.
Through this process it is envisaged this report will:
Deliverables:
Meet with the Peace and Reconciliation Group to outline the methodology to be used in carrying out the proposed work for the monitoring of the Dealing With The Past, Shaping the Future Project.
Submission of a report which outlines the impact of Dealing With The Past, Shaping the Future Project has had in meeting the aid for peace indicators and contributing to the overall aim of Theme 1.2. of the Peace lll Programme.
Budget:
A budget of £1000 has been allocated for this work.
Timeline:
The closing date for tenders is 4pm Tuesday 22nd November 2011.
The start date is the week beginning Monday 28th November 2011.
It is expected that this piece of work be completed by Monday 12th December 2011.
