PRG's Mediation Services have developed a training DVD for facilitative mediators which will be officially launched at the Annual General Meeting in November. The DVD demonstrates a neighbourhood dispute and shows how mediation works in this context. The DVD has already been successfully used as a resource in PRG's mediation training and will hopefully be equally useful to other trainers and mediators.
